Need to run windows site on Linux server

This site is written in both classic asp and asp.net. I need to run this on a Linux server. I need to either import this data into a laravel site using php along with the MS access database into mysql (prefer to do it this way if there’s already a site that can manage contacts, event management information, accounting, etc) If we go this option you must be able to customize whatever we need to make it work like we want, with minimal budget.

OR

Be able to run this existing project with no issues on a Linux server somehow. We have a VPS from godaddy but I don’t know if it supports the installation of a windows environment that this site needs to run on.
This is obviously a quick fix but ideally we would like the first solution, but this one will work for the meantime.
