We have a program that uses phpMailer to send emails.
1. We currently have a scheduler tested.
2. We need global rules for Gmail.com SMTP's that are added to the system.
Workflow.
A. We already have settings that user can put into the system.
B. If user leaves the individual settings blank, then GLOBAL settings will be applied.
C. Everything is blank by default in the settings when an SMTP is added.
