Need a reliable/ fullstack dev for ongoing project -- 2

I have an app based company, was working with one programmer for the last 2 years to create the app for ios, and android.. I will need someone to take over and help with bug fixes, updates, etc. RIGHT NOW, I just need you to help me transfer everything from her servers to my servers and do an update on the app. To my knowledge, the app is in the coding language "Node". Will need someone to get familiar with her codes as well as be familiar with UX design as well and help transfer everything to a different server and database. We are going to do a transition. need someone RELIABLE and well tempered. This will be an ongoing project.
