Need a program to interpret information reports
Budget: $500 – $1,000 USD
I interpret reports on specific medical tests. I need a program whereby information from different reports is plugged into a program to generate interpretations for each subsection in the report. Certain report data lead to certain interpretations. The entire test interpretation is then created after all the data has been interpreted.
I give the programmer the key on how X report information yields Y interpretation or Z report information yields W interpretation. Thus, each case will include a number of report data interpretations to yield the total interpretation for that case.
That final complete interpretation is what I want the program to yield for each cases.
I also have a previous version of this program that isn't working as intended, we may have to simply input my data and algorithm into a new WordPress program. We have to create a brand new program. I need a super expert in WordPress who can upload Pdfs, review my roadmap and generate Word documents as the final product.
