Need program installation and database connection

Hello, please read the entire request before bidding! I have a hard drive that failed and I was able to extract a program that I can no longer retrieve. I need to have the program installed onto my new computer then have someone connect the databases to the program so I can use the program again. Please let me know if you have experience with this sort of work or you would like to see access to the files before committing to helping.
