Need a professional custom wordpress developer to make my news website

As the client, I need a skilled developer who is very familiar with WordPress and can professionally handle the Divi builder to create a custom website for me. It's not yet determined whether the website will need e-commerce integration, a blogging platform, or custom contact forms. I have not specified the design preference for my site; whether it should be a minimalist, modern and sleek, or colorful and vibrant. Further specifications will be provided during our conversations. As for the domain name and hosting details, I already have both.
