Need a professional Gibbon SMS (School Management System) Developer

We are looking for a Professional Gibbon School Management System Developer.
Pls DONT DONT DONT bid if you havent done a gibbon project before. this is a FULL cycle implementation and we dont want people who had no experience with Gibbon.
We will need:
1. Data Migration and import from XLS files.
2. Departmental Planning.
3. Any Files or Pre requisites to be met before going live?
4. Planning for going live.
5. Hosting will be provided by us on a Custom PHP/Cpanel Account.
6. Admission forms and staff forms.
7. will be coordinating directly with us as School Management gave us the task.
8. some Muti Language requirements might be helpful.
we need you to provide us your prices for implementation of Gibbon.
