What I need are 2 pages (Main)
Page#1:
a. Create the Audio file via Google’s TTS. Code in PHP, Python and Java is @: https://cloud.google.com/text-to-speech/docs/apis. We’ve already created the PHP script on one of our HTML pages and it’s working fine. Although the UI needs to be worked upon to give the desired output. Will share that code with you.
b. The Audio files generated by the user (which are shown in a list should be mergeable (refer the screenshots). Page#2: Add background music to the MP3 files (refer screenshots in document). I think there are PHP liberaries available for these as well.
