Need network admin for a quick 1 hour project

I have an issue with port not letting traffic thru because of two routers not working well together. See the diagram for my netword setup. The error im getting is a communication error. I need for you to tell me how to fix it. NOT fix it for me, but tell me, and i will fix it. The problem is that router 1 doesnt see the server because theres a middle router in between.
