Need a B2C/C2C multi-vendor marketplace website where vendors(individual sellers and dealers) can register, upload and sell new and/or pre-owned jewelries.

I'm in need of a B2C/C2C multi-vendor marketplace website where vendors(individual sellers and dealers) can register, upload and sell new and/or pre-owned jewelries.
I will like to have an open market place where Sellers will have the option to register as individual sellers or dealers. The platform should be programmed such that when a potential buyer sees what he or she likes, they can either contact the seller and trade directly, or trade through the platform. In which case, the buyer makes payment for the item(s) to us via PayPal, and then we notify the seller that payment has been made, and instruct them to send the items over to the buyer. When the item is received and verified by the buyer, then we release the payment to the seller. All payments on the website will be done via PayPal. The site will have membership plans for dealers and single posting plans for individual sellers. We will be launching the website with 50 sponsored vendors that will display a minimum of 100 items each, while giving independent vendors time to come on board. These sponsored vendors are currently being arranged.
I will like to have a website like offerup.com where the homepage is filled with image thumbnails, with the search bar just beside the logo at the top. And then login/register on the top right hand. On any search page, I will like to have a search filter on the left-hand side and have it behave like that of www.crownandcaliber.com and Amazon, where, when a criteria is checked, the products refreshes to display the selected option.
