Need to integrate USDT crypto payment api

Below is my requirement:
1. User will register on site and will pay to my USDT crypto address for registration
2. User will get USDT crypto amounts by referrals on the site. Here customer can request for withdraw and by using third party api amount will instantly go to user address from company address.
Here you just need to add this third party api which will allow to do only those 2 points. You don't need to work on MLM parts just api in test mode and then I will check it in live mode.
