Need to implement openai api to our website

Slideprop is a realestate vertical portal that has many listings across the world, we use xml feeds to keep our database up to date, built in php my sql .
The task is to Integrate openai api API to crawl all our information and combine with user (visitor) information to get results (list of properties) that matches the search.
In Country Home pages
We need a form to complete asking things like:
Nro of family members
Ages
Family income
N of cars
Price willing to pay
Pay with cash or loan
Location
Etc
Or anything user will ask for .
The idea described at the attached file and it shows what we will looks like the new home page.
Ai will need to combine the search criteria or text with our database.
The results will include a list of properties according to the search plus some additional information gotten by openai, like info about the area or neighborhood.
We can add multiples search queries to the results, like “information about Los angeles” “Schools” “Stores” etc etc.
Result page also attached and it shows openai results with text and the list of properties that matches search input.
If user is logged on, we will store the search for future use on their account:
