Need to hire a freelancer to handle ID and face verification
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
In my upcoming site, the users registered in the platform need to edit their personal information and verify it. During the entire process there will be a series of function I would love to apply in our site for the secure purpose and a better user experience!
Below are the detailed and very specific requirements:
1. Text Extract from Identity Document. Submit a Identity document in the site the system can extract text on the document and auto fill the related information in the fields of First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, Date, Country, City and Address etc. Of course, if this user doesn't have a middle name then the system will use N/A for that specific field or keep it empty. The document uploaded will need to be automatically downsized to certain size (maybe 200kb), no matter how big the original file is in an attempt to save the server space. This is to save our user's time during the profile completion on our site.
2. The user can edit the auto suggested fields if the information suggested is not accurate or missing. Then he needs start the Identity verification by uploading one of his recent headshot photo, this photo is not only used to verify his identity with the id document, but also will be displayed in his profile as his profile headshot. Since the profile headshot is displayed inside the circle the user should be able to move the photo or adjust the size of the photo so that it can fit into the circle outline perfectly.
3. Once the above steps are done the user will start the Identity verification. If any of the verification step failed he will get a warning and will offer the buttons for him to select try again or submit for manual verification by our admin. then our admin will receive his request and will handle it in 2 days.
4. A successful verification include these: 1. his headshot photo, his realtime photo taken by the device during the verification and the photo in the Identity document have to match. 2. the first name, middle name and last name, gender and birth date have to match the information as in the identity document.
5. country, city, address extracted from the identity document don't have to match with identity document and verification can still be successful if they don't match.
6. remember we are verifying users from all over the world so it's important to know that we are dealing with many different kinds of identity documents.
7. Middle name is required to match the identity document but the username of this user will only combine the first name and last name.
8. for all the materials uploaded, I need to have a function to be able to automatically detect the sensitive content including the contact information, the website url, the cellphone number, the email address, the landline. Our file format including the text content, the pdf file, Png, jpg and jpeg. They all need to be able to detect the sensitive content. Other sensitive content may include the porn/sex, political criminal etc. We also need to be able to detect them and reject the request.
9. We also need to have the file downsizing tool to be able to work on the photos, pdf files size reduction automatically.
