Need help with the Customization of WordPress Plugin (Online Consultation Plugin)

Hello, I'm seeking help with the customization of a WordPress plugin called Online Consultation.
Specifically, I'm looking for someone to help me with design adaptations that I already have access to. I need help integrating the files and codes that I already have. Additionally, I would prefer working with someone who can offer both live and asynchronous communication, whatever works best for my project.
The key highlights of the scope are :
a) Removal of certain fields from the admin panel
b) Creation of a new All Services Section where the admin can add and remove new categories that will be populated in panels/views of other users.
c) Integration of ZOOM/ Google Meet for Video Consultation and the meeting link will be autogenerated.
d) Addition and Removal of certain fields from sections
e) Changes in the Registration page.
f) Profile Review and Approval, Feedback Review and Approval
g) Addition of FAQ's, Reviews and Specialties section
