Need help with mysql select in PHP

Hello,
we have a small script for vacations. In mysql are days when employers have vaction. Script checks date and post that info to telegram group.

Now it shows like (Working code):
Today 2022/07/11: John Garfield
Tomorrow 2022/07/12: John Garfield


All I want is to change view of that to:
John Garfield have vacation: 2022/07/11, 2022/07/12, 2022/07/13, 2022/07/14, 2022/07/15

Or will be better to show something like this:
John Garfield have vacation: 2022/07/11 - 2022/07/15

Etc.
Need it ASAP.
