Need help with a React.js, PHP and JWT project

I need assistance with a small project I'm working on. It's rather basic, the frontend is a login, register form built in react.js and the backend is php. My experience using JWT tokens is rather limited, and I would appreciate some help finishing the project off.
This is fairly urgent and I would appreciate the help!
