Need help with PHP mailer and PDFdom

Core PHP script that will run following actions:

- Fetching mails via IMAP
- Generate a PDF with email body data based on certain filter/logics. Example: We should be able to set "if empty, don't save as PDF".
- Forward email with generated PDF to specific emails
- Include original attachments in the fetched mail when forwarding

Need basic laravel admin with following pages:
- Login
- Incoming / outgoing mails (to set which fetched mail should forwarded where)
- Email history of original mails
- Forwarded mails history
- Filter page, to set the criteria if a PDF should be created of the fetched email body or not.
