Need to get Shared Facebook Post ID in JQuery

I'm using Facebook Share JQuery SDK and I'm getting Share Success Status which is fine but I also want facebook shared Post ID when user shared the link on facebook it must automatically get Post ID & link where he share the post & store to our DB. We actually want record of all shared posts & want to know where our users are sharing Groups, Timeline, Story...etc.
