Need to fix php data snippet

We have some rich snippet data that will not validate properly. Attached is the drummond.php file which is the one giving the error. I need it to work as separate departments for each additional address. I had it working as individual entries for a couple of years but Google seems to have changed how they want multiple addresses on one page. So I've switched to "department" but only the first snippet gets validated. It will not validate the other office addresses or the breadcrumbs. Attached is a singular office version (working.php) of the header which validates absolutely fine. It is only the multiple addresses header that isn't working.
