!Need fix! /dev/sdb Input/output error - System doesnt boot -- 2

Some customer has a problem on his server;

CentOS7
It went unresponsive and does not boot anymore. "No bootable device found".
When booting server with gparted you get error "input/output error"
FSCK not possible. error:


Drive is present.
However part of a raid0. Customer didnt take backup and now we seek help for him.
Is there a fix?
