Need ecomerce website Larvel or core php

Hello freelancer's, how are you all, hope all is well. I need a developer who should have well experience on core php & laravel. I need a proper eCommerce website for my online store. I have already runing my website on woocomerce I need to be able to manage the delivery better than now I'll need the shipping plugin plain, as is, on the WP for working while you code. So now i want to make the same functions on different technology like laravel or core php.
could you also put the plain plugin in the WP while you work in case? make me a proper offer, if thats fine we will proceed with the new website and we will put just the plain plugin, no modification, while you work on the new one if you need a detailed list of everything that we already do on the website I can do it that. we therefore would like a proper offer for doing an ecommerce that works just like ours, with the logistics functions we discussed, the listino page as that and so on. I can provide you a detailed list of everything that our website already does, there are some things on the backoffice that you might have missed. Having said that, I will need at least the base plugin for the actual site - we are currently delivering products so I need to better manage the delivery part.
