Need development for a new WooCommerce Plugin -- 2

The plugin ist pretty simple, actually it's just a javascript-snippet that has to be added to every site of your woocommerce-shop. in addition i need an uninstaller, a help page and you need to add this plugin to the woocommerce-add-store.
and: all texts must be localized .... i will provide the texts
