Need developer to set up elementor theme + custom design & code

For this I also need an admin dashboard + user interfance.
Users should be able to register new accounts with any email, or straight login with their gmail.
Users should be able to make deposits into their account through coinbase payment API.
Users needs to see their products and be able to purchase products from the interface.

From admin dashboard I should be able to do any standard things like block an user, manually add products to an users account, activate discount codes etc.
I should also be able to see statistics/result reports for total amount deposits etc.
