Need to develop rest APIs in in PHP

I need few APIs:

registration (email verification)
login (with OTP)
user master
create a master table for case data ( merging 3 different JSON coming from ML APIs & create a table).
API for Datatable server side rendering with pagination, sorting, filtering etc.
identify duplicate columns & add property duplicate as true.
Edit, delete case data
upload & link multiple files with case data
create exceptions & link with case data
download bulk & single cases with files in a separate folders in zip
api to communicate with ML api to get form parsed data
APIs for statistics from all case datas for a user
APIs for graphs
API to Manage packages
Payment master
Payment gateway integration CC Avenue

Also required integration support for frontend team.
