Need to deploy a PHP Application on Azure cloud platform using VM instance, mysql database and cloud functions

Requirements:

- Use MySQL database for the application
- No specific requirements for the VM instance, any OS and hardware specifications will do
- No need for additional services like auto-scaling or load balancing
