Need to customise existing SAAS platform website (ordermyfood.co) -- 2

Need to change the UI/UX of https://ordermyfood.co/ and implement it properly so anyone with Good UI creator who can come up with a Good idea and implement it with Laravel, PHP knowlege can bid to this project. Also, need to do some changes like taking email, username, address of people before signing up. Also, enable delivery of food within particular region so anyone within that location only should able to order food. Also, want to add TAX addon to the item price so that restaurant owner can show the breakdown of original cost and tax on that item.
