Need current theme updated so our site will be ready for php8.

We have some back end issues that need a developer to clean up for us so we can continue using our site for a bit longer. We tried to update on our hosting site, and the site crashed. We have two issues, we can't update Elementor Pro because we had a custom theme built and it isn't compatible. We also can't update to php 8 because our version of wordpress isn't compatible. We really need someone who understands what to do!
