Need create rest API in my php bootstarp

I am looking who can create for my bootstrap create rest api. I need authenticate and post data from my application. Now i have working solution, without api.

I am generating hash. This is authentication. After this, i need add, edit functions for my API. Its simple task and simple budget 15 USD. Please write saparas job, its mean you have read this.
