Need to create Web based Repository

Project Description: Web Based Repository for Document Management
Platform: Windows
Access Control: Open source
Project requirements:
A. Has 3 sets of users with different access limitations.
1. Students/Faculty - these are regular users who can register an account, login, view the Abstract of available documents and request for a full view of documents.
2. Admins - these are Program Heads who can register their own accounts, approve registration requests of Students/Faculty, can Upload/View/Download/Delete documents in the repository, and generate reports.
3. Super Admins - they can approve registration request of Admins, make any users inactive/disable them, can View/Download full documents, and generate reports.
B. Needs a MySQL database and uses UGS.
Hoping we can complete the project within August.
