Need core PHP developer for quick changes in website

I need a core PHP web developer to do quick and small PHP and jQuery related changes in website. I will give existing website code and MySQL database file to host website on your local server.
Below are my mandatory requirements for web developer(s).
- A developer must have proper knowledge of core PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, CSS & HTML.
- Developer must test his/her work properly after completion to make sure that it is working as per client's requirements. Please check work in all different browsers and platforms (Android / iOS).
- Developer will be paid only after work completion. No upfront payment will be made. Developer will be paid only for completed and working things. Review will be given only after successful work completion.
- Developer must not showcase my website in his/her portfolio.
