Need to change admin panels template(Front view only)

Dear Freelancer , exists code developed in codeignitor and we used standard template but now we need to replace the template , This new template is Ajax based so that need to integrated all function of it . older one is working with basic php criteria but now its need to integrate with Ajax. so that you need achieve functionalities also along with template integration.
