I need an experienced programmer who can build from scratch a web app that will manipulate user uploaded PDF files like add text (text style, font, color etc), highlighting text, rename PDF, change PDF background color, masking any part of PDF text, free hand drawing on PDF, signing on PDF facility, upload image and resize, reposition, remove option. Please check the attached video and need something like that.
I need full sourcecode and copyright of it and help in deploying it on my server.
