Need to build ios & android apps from an exisiting website

Need to build a classified website apps ios & android with admin panel. I have a wordpress website http://britishopticalmarket.com/ from which I want to create mobile app. Do not have preferences for tech stack

Will leave the same design

Apps will need to be synchronized with the website
