Need to build integration between Skype and clickup or Skype and our custom app

We are travel agents that specialize in vacation
rentals. We have a custom app coded in php to search properties and send quotes. . We maintain chats in skype for each customer to track conversations etc and use clickup to track quote status and progression between our teams. Ie quote maker>final approver of quote>sales team member. It requires alot of duplication of notes...so we are looking to integrate skype to clickup and clickup to our app or some other method. I dont want to use slack because it gets expensive having to pay for the slack version we need but we could maybe use slack if a direct integration from skype is not feasible. Open to suggestions
