Need to build a QR Code web application

Hi Folks

We are looking to create a web applications like qr-code-generator dot com . This web application will help user to create static and dynamic QR Codes . Dynamic QR codes can be created but user needs to subscribe and pay on a monthly basis so basically this will be a SAAS model.

FIRSTLY NEED A NEW UI/UX for this application with a different flow and prototyping. It should look really nice and modern

1. Website - Freemium model (Will have FREE and Premium Model, it will be SAAS model)
2. Implement Google AdSense so that automated ads can be placed on site. (Website should be compliant to Google adsense guidelines)
3. Need SEO campaign to rank high on search engine
4. Donate button for people to donate

Language Proficiency : Java , React JS | Laraval / React

Need to use below and other QR codes available in GITHUB (a lot of reusable code is available on GIthub)
