Need to build a CRM system for healthcare environment

I need to create a SaaS based CRM system that stores information about the young person living in a carehome. It will have around 150 forms. It will also have some charts coming from API and we need to create some. More information will be provided later, if needed. Some parts is already developed, so you can take from that or build from scratch.
