Need adjustments in vps with php

i have a wp plugin (optimize press) need some adjustments in the vps , this is the requirement for work:
WP memory limit to 256MB or higher
Max input vars 3000 or higher
WP Max Upload size to 32MB or higher
PHP fileinfo must be enable to OptimizePress
With this, is possible put to work the plugin
wp is enabled, and plugin is original
only need enter to the VPS (whm) and setup the requeriments
