Need to add security modules to SaaS platform

I have a SaaS software. I already have malware scan and virus total scanning tools on there. I wanted to add port scanning to discover open ports, network scanning to find security vulnerabilities that can be exploited by the bad guys, and code scanning to find vulnerabilities in code. I need these three modules added to the SaaS software (please see screen shot attached)
The SaaS platform is built on PHP and Codeigniter.
