Need to add Import Feature To Laravel Website

im looking to add a feature to import listings to existing laravel website that developed with a script from codecanyon (https://codecanyon.net/item/link-directory-pro/34390503)
currently we need to insert listings manually one by one which is take long time and its frustrating.
the developer team of this team not planning to add this feature anytime soon.. so we decided to find expert developer that can help us add this feature so we can easily import listings to out site.

- Work need to be done fast
- Developer will need also do update our script files to latest version released
