Need a Yii Expert

Hi, I need a Yii Expert with 4 +years experience.
The hiring process will be easy:
Create a platform using the Yii2 php framework (here the official documentation: https://www.yiiframework.com/doc/guide/2.0/en) for managing an andress book for user.
1)Each user must have: name, surname, number, adress, birthday date and TAGs;
2)Once the database has been structured and the models created, you need to create a page containing a grid with the list of contact (name, surname, ecc..)
3)Add at least the following filters to the above grid: 'by name', 'by surname' 'by age' and 'by tag' ;
4)Create your last page, showing the most used tags.
