Need a Tool That Shows Data Based On Some Criteria from an API Source

I want to build a research tool...where I will give it some criteria and it will pull the data from the API source once it is called or requested.

I need the Frontend and Backend both. Open to any full stack developer or Javascript/PHP Dev who can do this quickly.

I will create one milestone here....and once the project is done - I will release that milestone.
