Need Strong Programmer to build Scraping Tool
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are looking for someone to build a tool for us to scrape the web for phone numbers and emails.
We would start with a list of “Loan originator” names and their “NMLS” numbers (this is their licensing number which they have to post on all their pages to be compliant.

You can see his NMLS number and his associated phone and email which is what we will be data mining or scraping.
When you plug this information in you’ll typically get 8-10 websites for that person i.e. Lindedin, Social Survey, Facebook, their company website page, etc etc.
We would then need a tool that would scrape as many of these sites as possible and the phone numbers and emails that can be found for that person and put them into one master report.
We’d then run the “tool” maybe every 6 months or so to collect more data. Estimated “records” that the tool would likely find are between 300k to 500k people with their associated phones and emails.
