We Need Some Automated Emails Created For New Users and Customers Woocommerce

OK so we own and operate a cutest pet contest, called thecutestpet.com
Animal lovers and pet owners come to either register to vote for their favorite pets or to enter their own pet in the contest.
Our site is already done and is live and taking new pets, registered users and all of that, however my original developer who did the site, has had to leave on vacation for at least 6 weeks and we just learned and decided that we need 2-3 or more automated emails to be created for those who have registered as a user and/or who want to enter the contest.
There seems to be some confusion by the new users and especially even those who have entered the contest as to where to find their own pet in the contest, their pet's url and how to share their pet's Voting page on Twitter Facebook, etc.
So what we need are emails for:
- We need to add to the first Welcome email, the Pet's Url for the person to copy and paste, like a [shortcode] of the {pet_url} and tell people to copy this and share on social media.
- How To Promote Your Pet's Page - (now that you've entered the contest, here's how to get the most votes and how to promote your pet's profile page to get the most votes and win $500! Then we want to add some icons of Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Congratulations your pet got their first vote!
