I need a software built from scratch which has the following:
1. Create Product
1.1 Enter Price (Retail, Cost)
1.2 View Margin (Retail - Cost)
1.3 Expiration Date
1.4 Requires Packaging (Select from predefined format)
2. Receiving
2.1 Individual Qty Received for Products
2.2 Payment Made
3. Sales
3.1 Select Product Tile for Sale (Each Sale should have Itemized List of Items with the TIME it was sold on)
3.2 Show Graphical View of Sales for the Day
3.3 Should be able to select Products to show how many were sold using Graphs and Numbers
4. Cash
4.1 Opening Cash
4.2 Closing Cash
4.3 Bills (Enter how many of each bill are available, for eg 100 = 5, 50 = 2, etc.)
5. Purchasing
5.1 Create Expense, Enter Price, Date, Qty Received. Should be able to attach a picture as well
6. Credit
6.1 Name, Number, Address, Product Sent, Payment Terms (Monthly, Advance Weekly).
7. Customer
7.1 Customer Information: Name, Phone Number, Address, Apartment Name
8. User Management
8.1 Create User
8.2 Assign Access to the above modules
9. Packaging
9.1 Create Format: (Assign Products for packaging)
9.2 View Cost for Packaging Format
10. Inventory
10.1 View Inventory
10.2 Remaining
10.3 Show Graphical View of Inventory consumed
11. Receipt
11.1 Create Receipt for Sale
11.2 Create Receipt for Purchase Order
Should be able to export information such as sales, and inventory in excel.
