Need A Site Built Similar To SamCart.com With A Unique Added Feature (SAAS project)

I would like to have a site built similar to SamCart.com but only for Pinterest users.
The site will be for those looking to sell on Pinterest without needing to create their own website.
This site will allow people to build one-page sales pages to sell both Physical and Digital products.
Users will pay a monthly fee to create Pinterest sales pages (SAAS)
Users will connect their PayPal account OR stripe account to collect payments
The #1 feature: On the sales page that our users create there will be a large Pinterest share button under the product image or video. Visitors MUST share to their Pinterest account before they can purchase. So if a visitor hits the buy now button on the sales page a message will appear that will say: Pin to Purchase! Once a person Pins to their pinterest account they can click BUY NOW to buy the product.
Inside of the user dashboard, they will be able to track sales, clicks, etc. They will also be able to add a Pinterest conversion tracking code to track conversions.
