Need a Server expert to handle 5000+ concurrent users

Hi, I have a web application which is very slow when more that 5000 users take test at the same time. It is hosted on godaddy VPS server. I need server expert who know about godaddy, aws server, Load balancers and other features to handle concurrent users. Need to perform script load test and fix issues causing the performance degrade
