Milestone 1 : Website Completion : Complete existing website along with User Registration, Complete conditional based Donation Form, Request Form, Donation Form pdf print, Request Slip Print, Schedule Appointment to Blood Bank, Request blood to Blood Bank, Blood Bank Registration, Hospital Registration, Dynamic Blood Camp information.
Milestone 2 : Super Admin : Able to create Master required Website/Blood Bank/Hospital, Able to manage Users & Permissions for Blood Bank, Hospital, Customer etc., Can view all donations, requests, Notifications, and all dynamic data performed in website, app, blood bank, hospital
Milestone 3: Blood Bank Management : Can manage Inventory for Blood, Consumables, Donation Register, Request Register, Issue Register, Cross Match Register, Discard, Return Register, all registered referred to Excel sheet.User Management, Profile Blood Bank etc.
Milestone 4 : App React Native : Android & IOS app For User Registration, Donation form having conditional based Questions, Request Form, Able to search hospital & blood bank, Map to create root, Blood Camp information etc
Milestone 5 : Hospital Management : Able to create blood bank, Able to create request to other blood bank, Manage profile, User Roles etc.
