Need Pine Script Programmer - For Fixing My Code

I'm trying to make bgcolor change on tv based on user input.

My code is doing well for the user input.

However, I'm having issues with the bgcolor that was not change with the input criteria.

And also the range of bar_index is not follow user input.

I'm willing to discuss more and will share and go over this project with you.
