I Need A Pine Script Developer For TradingView Indicator and Alerts

I need a well experience Pine Script Developer For TradingView Indicator and Alerts. he must be well versed with www.tradingview.com and have developed several indicators, scripts or strategies. I also need him to do the work fast and efficient. I have three jobs.
The first job : Produce alert whenever a candle is completed. For example if 1 hour time frame candle is used, I want the alert to trigger when every hour completed.
The second job : Produce alert whenever a candle is completed and close above/below certain price level. For example if 1 hour time frame candle is used and I want to see the hourly candle close above 100, I want the alert to trigger when the candle completed and close above 100.
The third job : Produce alert whenever a candle is completed and body of the candle is solid long on certain time frame. Meaning Open=Low and Close=High (bullish signal) or Open=High and Close=Low. I may choose multiple time frame (without opening the chart)...for example 10 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hour and 4 hour. If there is a solid candle happened across any of this time frame, an alert will be triggered.
