Need PHP vCard maker

I am looking to create a branded version of the vCardMaker script that I can give away to my insurance agent audience. You can see the example at [https://vcardmaker.com/](https://vcardmaker.com/). The tool should allow users to generate a VCF (virtual contact file) and automatically download it to their device after form submission. Additionally, the information submitted through the form should be sent to my GoHighLevel CRM via webhook.

Scope of Work:

* Replace default branding with my Agent CRM logo
* Match the front-end user experience and fields from [https://vcardmaker.com/](https://vcardmaker.com/)
* When the user submits the form:

* Automatically download the VCF file to their device
* Send all submitted form data to my GoHighLevel CRM via webhook

Webhook Integration:

* Include all form fields in the webhook payload
* Webhook structure must be compatible with GoHighLevel (I will provide a test URL if needed)

Hosting Environment:

* I have hosting set up with Digital Ocean and can provide access or deployment instructions

Deliverables:

* Branded VCF generator webpage (single-page application)
* Fully functional webhook sending data to GoHighLevel
* Deployed to my Digital Ocean hosting account or provided with deployment instructions
